Named "Sepia" after the ochre hue of its walls, the house's unique color was created using a traditional technique of grinding local stone into pigment. The result is a striking aesthetic reminiscent of sepia tones in vintage photographs. The ground floor features a cozy lounge area with a TV, perfect for relaxing, and a small WC with a washing machine and dryer. Internal stairs lead to the upper floors. The first floor hosts the master bedroom with a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. On the second floor, there are two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, along with a bathroom with a shower. We loved the lack of cars, the proximity of many attractions, especially the water and waterfront, and the choice of places to eat from basic to fine dining! Casa Sepia is a gorgeous, well equipped, air conditioned haven in its midst - almost too good to leave - great times on the roof terrace watching sunsets, and listening to the church bells! Es liegt direkt in der Altstadt. Alles ist sehr schnell zugereichen. Wir waren mit 4 Personen im Haus. Durch die 2 Bäder und drei Wc alles sehr angenehm. Die Angestellten der Verwaltung vor Ort waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. DAs Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen . Kleiner Tip: Die Küche liegt ganz oben und die Stube ganz unten im Haus. Ein Kühlschrank und Gläser unten waren prima, sonst muss man immer in den 4 Stock laufen. ##### Jens F.
