"The staff at this hotel was extremely nice and friendly. The lady at check was kind and offered ideas for our stay. The lovely lady in the breakfast area was the highlight of the stay. She always welcomed us with a smile, made sure there was more than enough food for everyone to have. You never had to wait on anything she was always on top of everything. She brought our kids dinosaur stickers and that made their day. The only issue we had was with garbage not being taken out. "

"We paid in full in March and arrived the day of check in to find out it was double booked. The owner we talked to said that he didn’t know anything about our booking. So not sure if this falls on Expedia or the property, but messed our vacation right up. We were planning to do Drumheller the next day before continuing south. There was no hotel in Three Hills or Drumheller for our family so we had to drive to Calgary. Our kids were very disappointed we didn’t get to go to Drumheller. Very frustrating! Either Expedia needs to figure things out better or this owner needs to keep track of his booking system better. I am also still out of my money!"
