« Freezer was not working. Staff behaviour is really good. But I have faced problem with the driver who is the hotel's driver. On 23rd afternoon after reaching holy water , unfortunately I met with an accident, my ankle got swelled with pain. Next day I requested the hotel reception to arrange a car with a good driver who will show me the places and I booked it for 8 hours. The driver whose behaviour is not good at all has shown us only 3 jhulad and he dropped us at 4.45 pm in a place from where I...

« On a adoré l'hôtel et le personnel. La chambre était super et l'emplacement sur le bord du Gange, parfait! Je la recommande sans hésiter. Un tuk-tuk pour se rendre aux ponts est facile et peu coûteux. Seul chose, le personnel du restaurant n'est pas toujours sympathique et l'hôtel est dû pour être rafraîchit (peinture...). Mais sinon, n'hésitez pas. »

« The wifi was pathetic, no internet on the wifi whatsoever, even I have to get addition data packs on my airtel network to use the internet at night, but then too, airtel signal is also very weak in there. I have not seen such bad wifi network in any 5\* hotels I've stayed, please spend some money and upgrade your wifi/speeds as this is not cheap hotel and people expect good wifi, specially when travelling. We booked classic room as it was only available at that time. The room was good, service...

« Kudoss!! The room was clean and super comfy♥️. Did justice to photos. Although most of the Ganga view from the balcony was covered with trees but overall was a great stay. The best part is that it is located on the main road and walking distance from triveni ghat. The restaurant and the food was delicious as well. The staff was very helpful too. Looking forward to book again with you😊 »

« I do not recommend this property for the following reasons: Location- terrible. We couldn't find any mode of transport to the Ghats & market. There is also no sign board on the road to guide you to this place and one has to ask around people on street, guards to help if they help. Service- our food order arrived 30+ minutes late and after several follow-ups. Aircons have no remote so you need to keep furniture to stand on and then reach for the controls. Bathrooms - the washbasin taps open...
