Stayed for nine nights they only clean the room once think it should be every 3 days. The pool needs a good cleaning We loved this place however if you cant do stairs or a steep driveway not the place for you. 100 steps to the beach.

My wife and I had the tremendous pleasure of spending 10 days at Amaroo at Trinity Beach as we explored the area around Cairns and the Great Barrier Reef. Right from our moment of arrival, Kym was warm and welcoming and provided us with a wealth of local information and escorted us to a beautiful deluxe balcony room. The room was very clean and incredibly comfortable, recently renovated, with a large balcony and great view of the coral sea. It was very well appointed and the resorts amenities were all in top shape, with a beautiful pool area, sparkling clean BBQs, a great tennis court, and plenty of safe covered parking. Trinity beach is a very beautiful small townsite with excellent walk to restaurants, coffee shops and a tavern and the beach is a slice of paradise. We felt our ten days went by far too quickly and we already miss this great resort and the friendly team that takes such good care of it and its guests. Thanks for such an amazing stay, we will be back!

I enjoyed the generous space in my room, which had an ocean view. There are several excellent restaurants and a bus stop within walking distance. The beach is not really swimable.

Everything was fabulous - no complaints at all. The only hiccup was that we had no water on the morning that we left (5am) so we couldn’t shower but I feel this was a Cairns issue not an Amaroo one.

My partner and I loved this accomodation! The receptionist let us check in 3 hours early because our room was ready which was amazing. The staff were lovely and always smiling. The location was beautiful with a beach view and a 2minute walk down to the trinity beach with great cafes/restaurants. They had a convenient store as well which was handy. The room we had was a bit outdated but it was clean which is all we want and a great aircon. Would come back, thank you Amaroo!
