Absolutely AMAZING! What a great location and stunning place. Magical.

The rooms were old and tired looking. Even the tv was dull and hard to watch. No HD here. And when your old and tired after a hard day of playing tourist it didn't gel. But the staff and the breakfast at the pub were great so that was a nice lift. Also the wings on wing night were great. A little TLC and upgrades would make note able difference. 2.5 to 3 star.

We stayed for 3 nights, and unfortunately we were pretty disappointed. Just doesn't measure up to the info and photos advertised. Our King size, jetted tub room, was located in an external building, with steps leading up. No Accessible parking that I could see. Would've left but the policy was no refund. Our room was mediocre for the rate; lights flickered in need of new bulbs, bed was horrible (started on the edge and would both meet in the centre sag). Someone came in and brought new towels only to leave the old ones piled up on the floor. Also, no towels left for the tub, eventhough there is a rack there and bath salts would be nice. There was an old coffee filter in the maker, left from the previous guests. Then the cherry on the cake was being woken up at 7am on a SUNDAY to say we had to move our car due to construction paving the parking lot. So we had to carry our luggage through 2 buildings to exit to the parking lot they blocked our access to, but told us to park in! Could've indicated the planned construction at check-in or at least communicated the need to park elsewhere with a sign or letter in our room! Also, the disfunction of the staff in the Bistro is sad; have a refresher Servers course or proper management ready to accept diners. Shouldn't have to repeat ourselves 3x to get a simple breakfast correct and ask for cutlery.
