The villa enjoys wonderful views of the sea and the granite rocks that dominate the entire area and can give you unforgettable sunsets. The veranda offers a panoramic view of the town of Costa Paradiso, between sea, green hills and pink rocks. Here you can enjoy a good meal in company and find shelter from the hottest days in the silence of nature. Next to the veranda we find a relaxation area with deck chairs for sunbathing. As a guest at Villetta Rosada, you have access to a shared pool where you can cool off while enjoying the view. In addition, the house has a parking space that is not adjacent to the villa. To reach the property you have to walk due a very characteristic path that leads up a staircase in the middle of the Mediterranean scrub. \===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION ===== The house can accommodate up to six people and consists of a living room which leads to the terrace with a sofa and a modern kitchen, two sleeping rooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), and two bathrooms. Costa Paradiso is easily accessible by car and is located on the panoramic road leading from Santa Teresa to Castelsardo. The big village is considered a natural park and is famous for its unique wild nature, rose rocks of amazing forms scarved by the wind and cristal clear waters. Villetta Rosada is a perfect accommodation for a relaxing holiday by the sea. It is located just 550 meters from the sea and 1700 meters from the wonderful sandy beach Li Cossi which is one of the most beautiful and fascinating beach in Sardinia. Moreover there are several small bays in 1100 meters from the house where you can do lots of activities like swimming or snorkeling. The villetta has an equipped pool with a magnificent sea view. The Mediterranean vegetation surrounds the whole area permitting you to enjoy its natural scents of rosemary, juniper, helichrysum and corbezzolo (strawberry tree). Jun 3, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication #### Schöne Ferienwohnung in riesiger Anlage - Auto notwendig! Die Terrassen-Aussicht war wie beschrieben: Wunderschön. Die Zimmer /Ausstattung waren ebenfalls wie beschrieben und sauber, auch wenn schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Für 5-6 Personen ist es aber zu klein. Das versprochene WLAN gab es nicht (auch nicht buchbar) und auch mobile Daten konnten wir nur zufällig nutzen! Von den 2 Sonnenliegen war leider eine defekt und nicht nutzbar. Die "Villa" liegt in einem riesigen Ferienkomplex. Wer zur Vorsaison reist, muss sich darüber im Klaren sein, dass noch vielfach renoviert wird, wegen noch fehlender Gäste nicht alles geöffnet hat (auch der Supermarkt nicht!) und man auch sonst dringend ein Auto benötigt, um etwas zu sehen! Was uns wirklich gestört hat, war die Müll-Situation: Überall lag an den Straßen Müll herum, Tonnen waren umgedreht und nicht nutzbar. Da ist es kein Wunder, dass sich in der Anlage Wildschweine tummeln. Dass dafür dann noch eine Kurtaxe fällig wird, die bar vor Ort zu zahlen ist, haben wir erst nach der Buchung durch eine Email der Agentur erfahren. Zum kleinen wirklich schönen Strand Li Cossi (ohne WC) sind wir ca. 2 km mit dem Auto den steilen Berg hinunter zum Hafen gefahren und 700m über Treppen gelaufen, was sich aber gelohnt hat. Der Pool (ein paar Treppen tiefer am Hang) war bereits geöffnet. Insgesamt haben wir (Mama, Papa und Teenager) hier schöne Tage verbracht. Das fehlende Internet war lästig, aber kein Problem. Die Betreuerin war sehr nett und gab uns gute Tipps! ##### Dorothea L. Der Ort Costa Paradiso ist klein, die Häuser in die Felsen eingefügt und der Blick auf das Meer ist phantastisch. Von dem Apartment hat man ebenfalls einen schönen Blick aufs Meer und Sonne von morgens bis abends 20h. Das Appartement ist einfach ausgestattet, aber man hat alles, was man braucht.
