It is located in a unique position, just 450 meters from the sea and 1600 meters from the wonderful sandy beach Li Cossi, which is one of the most beautiful and fascinating of Sardinia. Moreover, there are several small bays in 800 meters from the house where you can swim, snorkel and sunbathe. The villa has a magnificent sea view and spacious outside area, perfect for eating outside or for a barbecue with your family or friends. The next airport and port is Olbia which is in 85 km or Alghero in 95 km. Costa Paradiso is easily accessible by car and is located on the panoramic road leading from Santa Teresa to Castelsardo. The big village is considered a natural park and is famous for its unique wild nature, rose rocks of amazing forms scarved by the wind and cristal clear waters. Casa Rosa 3 is a family holiday home making part of four villas constructed in typical Sardinian style and located in unique position over the sea. This small villa is a perfect accommodation for a relaxing holiday by the sea. It is located just 450 meters from the sea and 1600 metres from a wonderful sandy beach Li Cossi which is one of the most beautiful and fascinating of Sardinia. Moreover there are several small bays in 800 meters from the house where you can swim, snorkel and sunbathe. The villa hasmagnificent seaviews and spacious outside area, perfect for eating outside or for a barbecue with your family or friends. The Mediterranean vegetation surrounds the whole area permitting you to enjoy its natural scents of rosmarine, juniper, helichrythm and corbezzolo (strawberry tree). By the swimming pool of this rent apartment in Sardinia there are chaise-longue for sunbathing and an outdoor shower. The house can accommodate maximum five people and consists of a living room with a sofa and a modern kitchen and a big terrace with seaview and grill on the upper floor and two sleeping rooms (one with a double bed and the other with three single beds), bathroom and a second spacious terrace on the lower floor. Our time in the apartment in Costa Paradiso was simply fantastic! The location is really great - quiet, yet central. The view from the terrace? Breathtaking, especially at sunset! The apartment itself is beautifully laid out and well equipped, so we wanted for nothing. We were there with three children and we all had a great time, especially at the pool, where there was always plenty of fun to be had. The parking lot right in front of the house was also very practical. A big thank you goes to the property manager Rina, who looked after us really well with her friendly manner. She was always available extremely quickly via WhatsApp and really put her heart and soul into making us feel completely at home. Her passion for giving people a great time was clearly noticeable. One small point of criticism: one or two pieces of furniture could be invested in again to round off the overall impression perfectly. Nevertheless, the apartment is 100% recommendable! La casa è come da annuncio, cioè con una splendida e ampia terrazza vista mare. La piccola piscina, pulita ogni mattina, è stato un utile optional, specialmente per i bambini. Accoglienza e organizzazione puntuale, cordiale ed efficiente. I piccoli inconvenienti riscontrati (peraltro tipici di quasi tutte le casa al mare che non hanno il proprietario "in sede") ovvero le suppellettili della cucina "contate", i letti non proprio di qualità (le doghe del matrimoniale erano semplicemente "appoggiate" costringendomi spesso a risistemarle...), la porta doccia "permeabile", etc... non hanno comunque inficiato il pieno godimento della vacanza. Magari suggerirei l'installazione di una tv giacché in tutto il villaggio il telefono prende poco o nulla, senza tv si rischia davvero di essere tagliati fuori dal mondo reale (sebbene per qualcuno magari questo è un ulteriore benefit del posto!). Quindi, per concludere, andateci senza remore. Noi proveremo a tornare, magari in stagione ancora più bassa visto che le spiaggie intorno sono talmente belle da essere assai frequentate. ##### Andrea M. Beautiful view of the sea and sunset. Just a 10 min walk to to the shop. The house has some cheap solutions in the furniture so it gets easily broken. There was a bit of damage that hadn’t been fixed, but I’m sure they will fix after we let them know. Our order also said that included WiFi, but they only have a few available. The cell phone reception is also very poor in the area which can make the lack of WiFi a problem. The house is situated in a kind of huge resort, but has a local shop with everything you need and a few restaurants nearby. Die Kommunikation mit Sardinia Unlimited war unkompliziert und sehr informativ. Samstags, als wir ankamen, war der Pool leider grün und trüb. Dies wurde allerdings innerhalb eines Tages behoben. Das Haus hätte alles in Allem etwas besser ausgestattet sein können. Für die vorhandenen Sonnenliegen gab es keine Auflagen bzw. Polster, ebenso wenig für die Stühle. Ein Sonnenschirm auf der großen Dachterrasse wäre wünschenswert gewesen, denn ab der Mittagszeit hat man bis zum Untergang Sonne satt. Ottima scelta per il posto, un pò meno per il periodo, ma non abbiamo potuto fare di meglio quest'anno! Siamo comunque stati ricompensati dai luoghi visitati. La Sardegna è sempre bellissima! Costa Paradiso è unica nel suo genere e ti regala dei panorami e dei tramonti spettacolari. La villa che abbiamo affittato era molto graziosa, molto ben curata e pulita. La piscina offre un bellissimo panorama proprio sul mare ed inoltre si ha la possibilità di vivere l'esterno anche durante i pasti. Per noi è stato possibile sfruttare questa zona solo per pranzo, perchè ormai la sera c'era troppo fresco, ma siamo rimasti comunque molto soddisfatti. Sardinia Unlimited si è comportata in modo molto professionale dall'inizio alla fine. Ci ha sempre seguiti durante le fasi di prenotazione ed è stata presente durante il nostro soggiorno. Costa Paradiso is a place of wild charm and although we found some wind during these days, we sheltered in the characteristic coves. The house is very cozy and well appointed. May 8, 2017 #### Wonderful holiday in a perfect location It was our first time in Sardinia and we were absolutely satisfied with our choice: the villa has a splendid seaview, the pool is near the house and has a seaview as well, the kids enjoyed playing in the pool! On arrival we were accompanied very soon to the house and Rina was very polite and helpful, she recommended us the restaurants in the area and the beaches to visit (Li Cossi is fantastic; we liked also Marina delle Rose in 15 min away: there are pine trees in front of the beach!!!!). We are thinking now to rebook the house for June!
