"they never clean anything!. when we arrived the trash cans in the bathroom as well as in the kitchen area were full. there was trash on the floor. the shower floor was dirty! the counter tops were dirty. you couldn't even see in the mirror in the bathroom because there was an attempt to clean it but it was smeared.
