The property features a lovely southwest facing wrap around porch with a view of Fishers Peak. Inside you will be greeted with restored wood flooring and traditional craftsman columns. The home has 3 large bedrooms, a half bath, and a nice new full bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, oven/stove range, and refrigerator. The mudroom has the washer and dryer for your convenience. This corner lot offers front and side yards, as well as a small fenced-in and private backyard that's dog friendly. The location is extremely convenient and central, next to a beautiful park. The interior was great, the yard not so much, but the inside was fine. Enough bathrooms to accommodate everyone and the window air conditioners were great. It was a short drive to the down town. The beds were a little short for my 6'2" husband, but there was plenty of beds to spread out too, as there was only 4 of us and the house will sleep at least 6. ##### Johnnie Q.
