« This house is rented through Novasol. Novasol customer support has no telephone number and is only available from 9.00-17.30 through online chat. Prior to our arrival they couldn't provide us with basic information, such as the sizes of the beds (handy to know since we had to bring our own). They absolutely did not pass our question on to the real owners of the accomodation. Also there was no phone number provided of the actual owners. « Sehr empfehlenswertes Haus. Die Ausstattung ist lückenlos und fabelhaft. Es ist aber sehr schwer das Haus zu finden. Die Adressenbeschreibung hilft nicht das Haus zu finden. Es fehlt eine Hausnummer. Ansonsten würden wir uns sehr gerne empfehlen. MfG »
