The open-plan interior features a welcoming bedroom area with a comfortable double bed, along with a fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you might need to prepare meals during your stay. A modern bathroom with shower adds to the overall ease and functionality of the space.

The Neighborhood:  
Filiatra, a picturesque town in Messenia, Greece, offers a rich mix of attractions. One of the most iconic landmarks is the 26-meter-tall replica of the Eiffel Tower. The central square is just steps away, featuring a historic bronze fountain, surrounded by quaint cafés and local shops, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing stroll or coffee. Only 2 km from the accommodation, you'll find Trypa, a natural rock formation with a water-filled hollow, offering a unique spot to explore.  
  
Just 4 away, Stomio beach invites visitors with its clear waters and peaceful surroundings, perfect for a swim or seaside walk. Other nearby beaches include the quaint port of Agia Kyriaki (4 km), the popular surf spot of Lagouvardos (7 km), and the tranquil sands of Mati Rikia (11 km). Nature lovers will enjoy exploring the surrounding olive groves, which offer scenic paths ideal for walking through the tranquil Greek countryside.  
  
A short trip leads to the fishing village of Marathopoli (12km). From its small port, boats depart daily to the uninhabited Proti Island, ideal for hiking, snorkeling, and discovering ancient ruins nestled among its wild landscape.
