La vraie richesse de cet hôtel réside cependant dans la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de son personnel. Les doormen, réceptionnistes et plus encore le personnel house-keeping ont été parfaits, multipliants les attentions. En dehors de cet aspect l'hôtel bien que situé en bordure d'une 'highway' est très bien insonorisé et le reste des prestations était très bien.
