Very clean, breakfast was good and had large variety. We didn’t use the pop but wished we would’ve brought our suits, it looked very nice and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and the total stay was enjoyable

We called to ask if pool was heated before booking they lied it’s not heated.when we asked why the pool was 70 degrees the lady said it’s not a therapy pool I promise it’s heated. The manager in the morning said the pool is set to 86 I showed him the thermometer that said 72 I told he said yeah I took your call I remember you asking I said we Drove out of our way that’s why we called. They made us put a $250 hold on a credit card because we used hotel.com. We never had that before. At breakfast I talked to a sewer maintenance man who said it’s been that cold for the couple weeks he had stayed there.

The best stay in a hotel EVER! People were friendly, professional and wonderful. Hard to express how positive our stay was but it would have rated higher than 5 if I could!! Thank you SO MUCH.

Great stay convenient to the highway! Also, just a heads up if when you turn into a parking spot and hear a weird noise coming from your car it’s the tires on pavement. The pavement here is a little slick and makes your tires make a noise when turning.

The first room we were given had a strong pet odor apparently from a service dog. We were immediately given another room which was excellent. Very friendly staff, pleasant stay!

I was asking for drinking water, the receptionist said “we don’t have.” But I found out there was a water dispenser in the gym. He didn’t tell me. I ended up buying a bottle water from the same receptionist, which is very expensive, $2 for a small one.
