The property offers plenty of space and amenities for a relaxing getaway. This beautiful home features three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two fully stocked kitchens (complete with pots, pans, and essentials), a finished basement, and a garage. Upstairs, you’ll find two queen bedrooms that share a bathroom, and a master bedroom with a king bed, jetted tub, and shower. All linens and towels are provided for your convenience. In the basement, there are full-size bunk beds and an additional king bed—please note that there is no bathroom in the basement. Enjoy the large front porch on the main level and make use of both a charcoal grill and gas grill during your stay. The property is lakefront, but please note: the house sits on a hill, and the dock and fire pit are located across a small, unmarked road. Guests have access to 2 kayaks, 1 canoe, and a paddleboard. At the covered dock (reserved exclusively for renters), you’ll also find a gas grill and a refrigerator. If you’re bringing a boat, the closest launch site is Little Milligan Boat Ramp. Boat rentals are available at Fish Springs Marina and Lakeshore Marina. Important notes: • If you’re visiting in the winter, a 4-wheel drive vehicle is strongly recommended. • The house is located about an hour from ski slopes. • Nightly rate: $425 • Security deposit: $200 • Cleaning fee: $200 • Pet fee: $200 (non-refundable; max 2 dogs under 60 lbs) This home accommodates up to 10 guests. Weddings and large events are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors—there is a no-wake zone in the cove. Heads up: There is no cell service or landline at the property. The only communication available is through the Wi-Fi connection, so please keep your GPS on to navigate your way to the home. The wrap-around porch offers the most beautiful and relaxing view imaginable. All we could hear were birds and a few fish jumping in the water. Very doable, but just a heads up for those who fear heights like me! Great stay with easy check in and out. Be sure to keep an eye out the kitchen window for deer in the upper pasture. The house was very clean and spacious and the kitchen was fully stocked. The front porch was the perfect spot for reading and enjoying our morning coffee while looking out at the lake. Three separate dining tables and an awesome kitchen to cook for everybody. Extra bonus was a bird had laid her eggs in a nest behind a pillow on a chair on front porch. Love that nature was so close. The hosts were very helpful. They answered every question that was asked, they left out towels, and hand soap to be used, and every bed was furnished with pillows and blankets for my group and I. I only had two complaints, the first was that, as the listing description states, the house as no cell service and we relied on the WIFI in the house for any task such as loading directions in our phones to venture into town. With several people accessing the WIFI at the same time, it bogged down becoming unusable when one person was making a phone call. The second and less serious complaint was that the pull out bed downstairs had a horizontal bar that poked into the ribs of the person that was sleeping on it. ##### Charles E. The grounds were well kept. The firepit by the lake dock side was fantastic to warm up in the evening roasting marshmallows. The area is amazingly beautiful and peaceful. A great place to escape and recharge your batteries. No cellphone reception but satellite TV/internet. Carol was very helpful and responsive. Overall, a great time. Will repeat. ##### Gilberto A. It features a grand living room with two story ceilings and a nice place to relax after a hike or kayak ride. The home provides all the amenities needed for an enjoyable retreat.
