Rustic house "Aili", 2 storeys. 800 m from the centre of Gera Lario, on the outskirts, 47 km from the centre of Lecco, 60 km from the centre of Como, 550 m from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 200 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden to relax, parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 4 km, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Colico" 8 km, pebble beach "Acquaforte" 550 m, grass beach 1 km, outdoor swimming pool 1 km. Marina, golf course (18 hole) 30 km, surf school 900 m. Nearby attractions: Chiesa di San Miro, Riserva Naturale Pan di Spagna, Abazia di Santa Maria di Piona. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mezzola. Hiking paths: Sasso di Dascio, Monte Berlinghera, alpe di Mezzo. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives on the same property.
