Neat property and building. Quiet. Helpful staff. Need a car if going off property as it is a bit far to walk for restaurants. Shuttle service to airport is expensive.

Check in no details about Villa and general information. Breakfast had poor service and not enough food for guest after the bus load of tourists ate almost everything. Patience wa running thin with many of the guests. Needed more staff to prepare and replenish the breakfast foods. 2 out 5 very disappointed.
Good hotel, location was a little outside of Milan but a walking distance from the train station. My wife and I took an Uber because we arrive very early in the morning.
can't beat the price. though outside of Venice, the staff provided details of where to park and how to take the train to get to Venice. it took us about 5 minutes to drive our car near the train station, a 10 minute walk to get to the station, and 20 minutes get to Venice on the train. it was quite easy. this place offers very large rooms and a mansion style stay. breakfast was great and staff was very friendly. parking was not a problem.
It's a great hotel in very quite location, close to the train station which will get you to Venice in 20 minute ride.
Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
Rooms were clean and roomy.
Nice breakfast.
Would recommend to everyone.
Our stay at hotel Marcello Giustinian was very pleasant the staff where very helpful & friendly my wife and myself loved the the old place in fact after our first night there we decided to extend our stay for another 5 nights. The mid autumn weather was magical with it's well kept gardens somehow we felt that we stepped back in time it was enchanting loved it
And I have to say a few words about the breakfast staff they made us feel at home always smiling Thank you guys
Expesso was to my taste food was good and fresh every morning id like to thank one and all you guys not the mention the hotel concierge it was a delight very helpful i will stay there anytime i visit Venice thank you guys for making our stay in Venice so much nicer by been there so i will give the hotel 10+ Arrivederci
Stayed in two sections of the hotel. One was very nice, the other, OK. Main comfort issue was NO AC nor fan, constantly too warm unless I opened the window, in which case, bugs came in. AC gets turned off Sep 20 for the facility.
Breakfast was very nice.
Some staff was very helpful, others, just doing their jobs.
Completely understaffed, management a joke. Breakfast was old patisserie with awful coffee. Don't bother. 15min walk to bus stop with very infrequent busses so takes ages to get anywhere. You have to beg the hotel for the so called free shuttle bus they have and they mostly refuse!! This place had loud music every night for weddings till late. Everything is about weddings, guests in the hotel is actually a nuisance to them and service is shocking...they are very rude. Pretty villa, but that is it. Middle of nowhere with nothing to do but beg reception for a drink, and after asking 10 times after an hour you get a receptionist telling you they are not the barman, and they don't have one. This place is not worth it!!!
Great Italian Villa just outside Venise. Conveniently located close to the Modigliani Veneto train station, which was an easy ride into Venice. Great staff, older property but nice decor and area. Great price! Would definitely stay again.
For a traveling with car, it was good enough hotel for us.
We parked the car at the nearly train station for free, took the train to Venetia. No need to worry about finding parking, dealing with the crowd. The train stop is one more stop away from Mestre where many other hotels are also located.
The room was clean, staff was kind. The only downside was air conditioning was not working great. The room was somewhat stuffy, there isn't a refrigerator.
My husband and I stayed here for a night before catching a flight early the next morning. The staff was so friendly and nice. They booked a taxi for us and even let my use their computer to print out our boarding passes! So nice of them. Cool looking villa and has a Victorian type feel in the main lobby. Also, good price for a last minute booking.
I and my Wife went to Italy for our Honeymoon. We stayed at this hotel for two nights. From check-in we received bad service at the front desk, we were allocated room 119, this room was on the first floor, no elevator, and to top it all off, adjacent/under the stairs. Their standard room was the worst looking, impractical room we stayed in on our whole Italian Honeymoon. The room was adjacent/under the stairs and at night you could hear every step through the paper thin walls and ceiling. Even though there were only some 5 couples staying at the hotel and they had more than enough other rooms available, they still gave us this room 119? I would not recommend this hotel. Do not be fooled by the pretty pictures.
The hotel was very beautiful, the staff was helpful, but they didn't have a lot of information for tourist use, which would be nice to have. The beds were not very comfortable and we couldn't get the air conditioning to work, it was always real warm in the room. The breakfast was not very good either. But overall, we felt safe and mostly comfortable.

Good value for money...and stunning building
The hotel is great value for money, you get a huge room for a decent price, the property itself is very beautiful and well kept however there are problems with this hotel. The staff is not very welcoming, one guy was nice but the others were rather rude and nasty to deal with. If you ask them something they seem bothered...its like they have no interest in working however this is common in many european hotels nowadays even at very expensive ones. The breakfast at this hotel was awful, really the worst ive had ever - very poor and bad choices and most of it was finished after 1 hour, they mostly didnt even bother replenishing the finished food.

Albergo in posizione strategica
