« L Hotel FALORIA est bien situé au centre de MOENA, avec de très belles chambres neuves et modernes, la literie est de bonne qualité. Il faut mettre la voiture sur un parking qui se trouve à 2-3 minutes à pied de l hôtel. Nous avions réservé la chambre avec Petit-déjeuner. Celui ci est de bonne qualité, varie et copieux...le petit resto est très mignon....vous pouvez demander du café, du capuccino etc ...le personnel est sympa également. Il y a des restaurants Pizzerias tout autour de l...

« El Alle Alpi es un simpático hotel en el corazón de Moena. Sus habitaciones son cómodas y las camas muy confortables. Cuenta con una muy buena área de "wellness" con alberca, jacuzzi, vapor y sauna. Su personal es muy amable y están siempre dispuestos a apoyar al huésped. Mi estancia fue de lo mas agradable. Sin duda muy recomendable opción si uno esta en Moena. »

« This hotel was incredible. After a long day hot day on the motorcycle riding through the alps, it was amazing to arrive at this hotel. The kind lady who I first met instantly made me feel welcome, registered me immediately and even helped me carry my luggage up to my room. The room was very comfortable, spotless and quiet. « Le séjour s’est très bien passé, la chambre propre agréable, le spa génial Des points négatifs notables sur l’expérience : le petit déjeuner: le café est à revoir, du jus de chaussette alors que nous sommes en Italie… quel dommage. Personne ne nous a présenté ce qu’il y avait à manger en plus du buffet. La qualité du service ne reflète pas la qualité de l’hôtel et du spa. Le dîner possible est uniquement entre 18h30 et 19h30… des horaires très restreint surtout quand les spa ferme à 19h....

"Nous avons subit un accueil détestable : la demoiselle présente à l'accueil à notre arrivée devrait changer de métier ! D'évidence l'arrivée de notre groupe l'a profondément dérangée et nous l'a bien fait ressentir !!! L'hôtel est lui propre, confortable et calme. Places de stationnement disponibles, couvertes pour les motos. Il n'y a pas énormément d'offre restauration à proximité, mais vous pouvez vous y rendre à pieds. Les tarifs indiqués en réservations n'ont pas été respectés ! Nous n'étions que de passage pour une nuit, vu l'accueil détestable, nous avons préféré payer le montant demandé pour éviter des complications supplémentaires. Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet établissement, mes compagnons de voyage non plus, et nous n'en ferons pas bonne publicité !"

"Bon séjour dans un hotel idéalement placé, légèrement en retrait de la route principale. Chambre de taille moyenne mais propre et confortable et avec un balcon. Petit déjeuner buffet varié et copieux. On a testé les 2 restaurants de l'hotel, la nourriture était correcte. Tout le staff est compétent et très gentil. Le seul petit bémol : les robes de chambre (et sac serviettes spa) sont récupérées la veille du départ ce qui empeche une dernière soirée cocooning "

"Accueil montagnard pas très chaleureux (peut-être parce qu'on parlait italien...). Clientèle essentiellement germanique et nordique. L'hôtel organise les tables du petit-déjeuner et nous avons été installés loin des vitres à côté du buffet. Après réclamation, nous avons obtenu une table vue sur montagne dès le jour suivant. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Le SPA a le mérite d'exister même si pas adapté à la taille de l'hôtel. Les bus ne circulent pas souvent pour rejoindre les pistes. Les Dolomites sont merveilleuses et on a vite oublié ces désagréments "
