"Our family had a lovely stay at this cottage. It was a well-situated house with all the amenities we wanted--in particular a peaceful atmosphere. We loved the garden and the hot tub. The house was comfortable. We stayed two weeks and often stayed the whole day reading and playing games. Any issues we brought up were quickly resolved with the owner in an amicable way. We would love to stay again."

The patio facing the mountains was our favorite hangout, both morning and evening, and the hot tub was a fabulous bonus - we watched the stars as we soaked. It's an easy drive to Taos - far enough away to feel calm but close enough to go for a meal. We met our goal of hiking to the top of Wheeler Peak (13k) for the first time in our many decades of living in NM. One of our favorite trips!"

"We loved our stay at this unique home on the Rio Grande. It was wonderfully quiet with the best star gazing of any place we’ve been. We hiked the trails on the property, watched stars from the hot tub, and watched the hot air balloons on their tours of the river each morning from the patio. Although it is rural, it’s close enough to Taos to go in for lunch and shopping, an easy drive to the ski valley and the rafting trips. We would definitely stay again. "
