When I first arrived, the lobby only had two lights on, I had to ask The person behind the counter to turn up the lights, so I could actually see what I was doing. In my room, we could see dirt on the floors in the corners, the toilet rocked back-and-forth because it was not bolted tightly to the floor, slight mold on the shower curtain, beds were supposed to be queen size but were not. Entire property exterior was not well lit, and uncomfortable, because the neighborhood was not the best. Online it said breakfast was included, breakfast was a granola bar and was supposed to be a choice of orange juice or apple juice, but they did not have any apple juice, and the only juice was orange juice, which was clearly not real orange juice, but some kind of a colored water that tasted like crap. About the only plus was that it was close to the destination we were attending, beyond that I wouldn’t go near the place again.

There was a haggard “we’re under renovation” sign taped to the lobby door, but it seems they rented a room (to me) that wasn’t finished yet. Only 2 bath towels, no hand towels, washcloths or a bath mat and it was bluntly put the next morning that “our washer’s broke”—there was a polite night auditor that did find me a washcloth. I was not greeted when I came to check in and the chilly reception at checkout reminded me that the hospitality notion might be lost here. The breakfast they offer is cheap granola bars and juice or coffee. The bed was fine, but it was a queen mattress on a king frame, so there was potential for hazard. Kudos to the effort to improve, but don’t promote what you don’t offer and don’t offer rooms that aren’t properly appointed.

The property area was alright, no noises or dirtiness anywhere but in the room there was roaches on the floor. We were given the 2nd floor upstairs but the stairs very unsafe, me and my friends almost tripped 2x, at night and morning. The lady upfront for us to check in and out, rude and wasn’t really helpful. For check in, she really did not look happy to be there lol but all she did was try to open a pickle jar??? and at the same time as if trying to get rid of us. For check out, I have her the keys, she didn’t say anything like I was done or that’s it, she just said rudely “ok, thank you”, I didn’t know that was all needed? Because I have her the key saying check out and she just stared at me quiet before she spoke rudely “thank you.”

Should probably let people know there's a $100 deposit and they don't take debit. When I asked Pam at the front desk what they would've done if I didn't have cash she never even looked up or responded. My husband asked if he could use the restroom and she directed him to one that was out if order, then said "oh that's not good". Not helpful at all. Had to ask for a receipt for the deposit I paid in cash.

This place was so bad we walked out immediately. We preferred to lose the cost of the room than stay in it. This looked more like a short stay than an over nite place. The Days Inn sign was completely dark! I asked why and was told maybe a few bulbs are out! It was dark and raining and we drove by it the first time The light switch didn’t work on entering the room. We saw a bug inside immediately. I am completely disappointed that this was even a choice given by Expedia. I give this place a “0”

Looks like it’s low class rental property, had to check out early due to nature of property, at night guy was cooking food outside, in room bugs, flies and insects, cockroaches. Would never stay in any Days inn in future

Están mejorando un poco el hotel pero hay publicidad engañosa para los huéspedes, no tienen desayuno solo café y jugo, la habitación está limpia y no tenia mal olor pero hubo un detalle que arruinó el momento y fueron las moscas que habían en la habitación era asqueroso pero fueron amables y están bien ubicados
