This was a lovely little B&B hotel right in the heart of Trento. The location was perfect and was in easy walking distance to everything we wanted to do. We stayed here two separate nights, one week a part from each other, so two different rooms. We had trouble with the air conditioning the first night and it ended up being very hot for sleeping. The second stay in a different room, the air conditioner worked better but still never got as cool as we wanted even when we set it to 19 degrees Celsius. It only ever got down to 22. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were pretty flat. Otherwise, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast choices were vast and delicious. The shower was great. Overall, I would definitely recommend this sweet little hotel. We absolutely loved the city of Trento too. Not overly crowded and not as hot as Verona and Milan. A lot of lovely, clean streets/alleys, great cafes and shopping, as well as a fantastic castle to explore, the Buonconsiglio Castle Museum.

Situated right in the center, this property has great amenities, a nice breakfast, and wonderful staff. Overall, I would say it’s perfect. My only critique would be that velvet curtains & the carpets take on a lot of dust! I would definitely go back though and recommend it!

Excellent service in central Trento
Exceptional stay, exceeded expectations. The service was essentially five-star quality. It's a smaller hotel and the staff treat guests with personalized service. Everything from booking me a taxi to get to a customer site, to advising on what to see and where to eat in Trento. Perfect location, my room had a view of the main square, central to Trento and only a 10 minute walk to the train station. The room was a mix of 3 to 5 star elements, bathroom was especially nice. Great breakfast. Also full satellite and dvd player if this matters.

Location great but easy to miss
The room (Dante) had solarium, novel but a bit pointless, wet room with rain shower was good, however very difficult to switch between programmes due to faulty selector. The air conditioner was the worst point,a constant hum that was excessively noisy for a bedroom. The hotel location is excellent, just one door down from the corner with Piazza Duomo. Had difficulty finding it, it is in the ZTL area and sat nav didn't help a lot but the worst thing is that it is sandwiched between the two Hotel Victoria buildings which has obvious signage whereas this place has a discreet wall sign easily rendered invisible, depending on the angle of view, by the sun umbrellas of the hotel's outdoor seating. The breakfast was very good by Italian standards, full selection from the bar food offerings plus fruit, yogurt etc. Reception was very friendly and helpful plus car parking right across the road was very convenient and good value for €10 as we were able to leave it parked the following morning. Tried the bar for an aperitivo, not for us. Trying to be hip but the music was far too loud for our taste. Plenty happy younger people though. Table service outdoors was very slow. We were going to order food but left after long wait so cannot comment on the claims made on the website re the quality. Tips: look for Hotel Victoria instead to find this hotel and head on down the street away from Piazza Duomo for 100m where there is a geletaria artigianale, excellent ice cream made on site.

Zentral aber laut
Das Hotel liegt zentral fast direkt am Domplatz. Dadurch ist es nachts noch laut bis Mitternacht. Das Hotel befindet dich in einem vermutlich mittelalterlichen Gebäude, ist aber vollständig renoviert und von der Ausstattung her auf aktuellem Stand. Ein Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden. Es bedarf allerdings ca. Treppenstufen, um dorthin zu gelangen, für gehbehinderte Personen nicht geeignet. Unser Zimmer war im 5. Stock mit Dachliegefenstern, in die es bei Regen hineinregnet. Weitere kleinere Fenster befinden sich auf Kniehöhe. Alle anderen Zimmer müssten normal gebaut sein. Es gab eine Klimaanlage, die wir nicht verwendet haben. In meinem Buchungsportal war das Hotel mit Parkplatz ausgestattet, dem ist nicht so. Es gibt eine 5€ Ermässigung in ein ca. 8 Gehminuten entfernten Parkhaus. Das Frühstück war ansprechend.

Die Parkmöglichkeit in einer Tiefgarage ist doch ein ganzes Stück vom Hotel entfernt (Navi gibt 1,9 km an - wegen Fußgängerzone) zu Fuß sind es dann etwa 500 m.

Schickes & kleines Hotel im Boutique Style mitten im Zentrum von Trient. Unser Zimmer hatte sogar Blick auf den Dom! Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit freundlichem Servicepersonal. Parken ist allerdings nur im ca. 400m entfernten Parkhaus möglich.

Albergo stupendo con una colazione da favola. Unica pecca la temperatura un camera: avevamo un locale unico tra camera e bagno ed il bagno non aveva un buon sistema di aspirazione. Se facevi la doccia rimaneva tutta la umidità in camera e si moriva di caldo. La finestra minuscola era apribile solo basculante. Peccato perché pulizia, cortesia e colazione sono impeccabili

Havde bestilt værelse til 3 VOKSNE - men ekstraopredningen var en interimistisk seng, som på ingen måde kunne beregnes til en voksen! Dårlig søvn giver sjældent en god oplevelse, så vi tjekkede ud før planlagt, da det var hotellets eneste mulighed for opredning og vi ikke kunne opgradere os til et andet værelse. Værelset var mørkt, dunkelt og ret indelukket - absolut ikke 4 stjerner værd!

Ho soggiornato nella camera Le Mura ed era davvero grande, noi avevamo bagno turco , idromassaggio e doccia (enorme) con cromoterapia... la comodità della posizione non è da sottovalutare; certo, arrivarci in macchina per chi non è della zona non è automatico, ma questo vale per qualsiasi hotel che si trovi in un centro città. Le camere in totale sono poche (16 se non ricordo male),ciò penso permetta di averle così curate nei dettagli! All’ultimo piano si trova un salotto con una vista molto carina, bella anche la sala della colazione con pozzo romano. Personale molto cordiale e che ha saputo gestire questo periodo complicato secondo me in maniera ottimale (forse il migliore in cui sono stata quest’anno nella gestione di orari/servizi per evitare assembramenti). Super consigliato !!

Alles war super, bis auf das Bett. Die Matratze war bretthart. Durch Auflage eines Zudeckbettes ließ sich das etwas abmildern.

un petit hotel correct
Petit hotel très bien situé dans le centre historique. Accueil et service convenables. Chambre au 2e étage, aménagement correct mais une seule table de nuit (rien d'un coté du lit), et un climatiseur fatigué.

Bonjour Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié notre emplacement vous avez choisi la chambre Economy avec un lit français et un mobilier minimaliste, c'est bien précisé sur notre site. La climatisation semblait "fatiguée" car les journées étaient très chaudes plus de 34 degrés en été c'est normal. salutations cordiales.

If you are looking for a perfect historic center location...This is the hotel. PARKING: The available parking offered by the hotel (with discount: EU 8 per night) is 7 minutes walking distance. For checkin and checkout you can drive up to the hotel entrance...Do not be afraid, it is a restricted area but when you arrive they give you the permit to stay there for 30 minutes.
