With a spacious lot boasting over 200 feet of shoreline, a small sandy beach area for kids, and a generous-sized dock for lakeside living, this property is a rare gem. The cottage features a spacious multi-level deck with a hot tub, creating an ideal outdoor retreat. Inside, the cottage features a newly renovated, sizable, eat-in kitchen with a walkout to the deck as well as a large great room with a walkout to the deck as well. Two bedrooms, including the principal bedroom, are located off the great room. Another large bedroom is located in the private loft accessed inside the entryway of the home (with steeper steps) and features a king bed, two singles, a sitting area, and a smart TV. The guest/studio apartment is accessed outside of the cottage and features a living area with a pull-out couch, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a 3 pc. washroom. On a sunny day, the water is a turquoise colour – you’d think you were in the Caribbean! Also, since the lake is shallow it’s great for kids and warms up very early in the season.
