We were spending most of our time in Winona to visit our son in Winona. It was a 20 minute drive and was very convenient. The home was clean and comfortable. This is a darling little place, clean, and beautifully furnished. The bed is comfortable and the air conditioner works great! Everything we needed was available to us to cook a nice meal the second day of our stay. The first day we went to a greal restaurant on the river a four minute drive away. We did a short little hike that was right near the house but we were eaten by mosquitoes, so we walked on down to the river and got in a good little three mile walk.
