Want to go back.
Staff great, room spacious and clean, food wonderful and facilities great. The only gripes are having to pay for a very poor wifi and thing like bedding and towels

Must know the final cost of staying!
I have known the final price after booking this hotel. you must know that the surcharge which customer have to pay the cost of final cleaning service will be added unlike the others' hotels. The heating service for rooms will be added. I felt a little cold overnight during a stay at this residence hotel in May 2014. There are so many German customers and TV is only aired by the German language. But, The panoramic view from the residence is wonderful and the air is cool and fresh.

Stunning location
The hotel is set up in the mountains and the views are stunning. Its great if you are walking or cycling up in the hills but not the place to be if you want to walk out of your hotel and stroll around Limone town, though its only a shortish drive. The service and food at the Hotel were excellent as are the facilities. Watch out for all the extras - breakfast, cleaning, bed linen, towels etc none of which are expensive but all add to the overall cost. The only downside is that although very modern the noise carries so you can for example hear what's going on in rooms around you. Ps If approaching from the south, go up to Limone and then cut back into Tremosine, as the Sat Nav wants to take you the more direct route but whilst breathtakingly scenic, can also be heart stopping for passengers faced with a steep drop on their side of the road!

Great for families
This hotel is in a beautiful location up in the hills of Tremosine. It was a quiet week when we visited and the host upgraded us to a bigger apartment which was a really nice touch. There is an indoor and outdoor pool which is part of the reason why we chose this place. Our 1 year old really enjoyed the play area and sand pit and there was lots of room for him outside. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It can be difficult to follow Google maps to get there but if you head to Limone all you need to do is then follow the signs for the hotel which are at every junction. You have to pay for extras such as internet, towels, sheets and a crib so you need to factor that in to your budget. We took our own towels and make sure you take a teatowel, washing up liquid and a dishcloth if you intend to use the little kitchen. All in all a very good stay - just wish the weather had been a bit better!

Lovely peaceful stay
We were looking for a place to stay around the lake that was not in a commercialised spot. We had a hire car and so happy to venture off road. I have to sag the roads are a little interesting- but once you get up and over then it's a lovely, very friendly, place to stay. It has the family run feel to it and for the money I think it's tremendous value. The other guests were very friendly and polite too. We didnt have children but it's a good place to take the young ones as the pool is suitable to sit around with a shallow part just for them. Hotel food good if you choose to stay in or tremosine is just a short walk along the road. Breath taking views. The only thing to watch for is that these are apartments - you have to pay to rent full bed set, towels and quite a charge for a final clean so bear this in mind. Perhaps it is on the website but I certainly didn't see it when booking.

Rigtig dejligt sted i smukke omgivelser. Rent og pænt. Lækker restaurant. Stedet er også meget børnevenligt. Det kan være svært at komme til uden bil.

Super Aufenthalt

Schöner Familienurlaub!
Eine schöne Anlage ca 600m Oberhalb des Gardasee‘s gelegen, dadurch auch etwas kühler. Ein toller Spielplatz, ein schöner großer Pool und auch sonst einige Annehmlichkeiten für groß und klein (Tischtennis, Tennisplätze, Billard, Hallenbad). Ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet rundet das Gesamtbild ab. Wir kommen gerne wieder und würden daher eine klare Empfehlung für einen Familienurlaub dort aussprechen.

Er was geen keukenhanddoek. Op vraag hebben we wel eentje gekregen, maar dat zou toch standaard moeten zijn. Wc papier... er was alleen een rolletje en je moet 50 cents voor elke rol betalen, die je nog wilt hebben. En bij de afrekening moesten we een deel van de bedrag in bar betalen. We moesten dan nog een bank vinden.

Many thanks for your time, we are very afraid that you didn't see the extra costs for apartment on the portal that you chose to do your reservation because we had a lot of many other options / offer to do if you wanted to have all included in the apartment as well as the hotel rooms too; maybe you have chosen the best offer with the best price but it was to save something if you aren't interested to some services that we normally give to those who simply ask for them. We hope that this is only a misunderstanding but we will make sure with the staff of Expedia Group that all the things are clear written, as we think they already tried to do...

Tolles Hotel ganz in der Nähe vom Gardasee. Nettes Personal. Zimmer einfach aber sauber. Toller Pool im Garten. Durch die ruhige Lage sehr gut für Familien geeignet.

Sehr empfehlenswert
Die Unterkunft eignet sich sehr gut für Radfahrer und Wanderer. Man kann direkt in die Berge starten. Wer einen ruhigen Tag am Pool vorzieht, kommt hier ebenfalls auf seine Kosten. Die Angestellten sind sehr nett und höflich. Aus diesen Gründen kann ich das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

About the breakfast it's always included if you choose to stay in hotel rooms otherwise for those who book apartments it's always an optional choice so that we can offer a lower price to those who aren't interested at all to have it. About the price it is still low if you consider the quality and the many different foods that you find every morning on the buffet where the people can eat until they are satiated...

A wonderfull place in the Hills of Lake Garda. A lot of fun, high service, great pool area and despite the place was being fully booked it was still very nice, clean and quiet.

Godt hotel.
Dejligt hotel med lækker pool og udsigt. Kunne godt bruge aircondition på de varmeste nætter. Hotellet ligger rigtig flot oppe i bjergene men det ligger også langt væk fra selve søen. Der var altid plads ved poolen. Hvis du har bil med kan hotellet nemt anbefales.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Eigentlich war dieses Hotel nur als Etappenziel auf dem Weg in die Toscana gedacht, aber dort hat es uns so gut gefallen, dass wir spontan auf der Rückreise zwei Übernachtungen dran gehängt haben. Die Ferienanlage liegt - und das ist das einzige Manko - ziemlich abseits gelegen auf dem Berg oberhalb von Limone, das heißt etwa 8 km bergauf auf steilen und teilweise engen Serpentinenstraßen. Aber das machte uns nix aus, wir waren das Gekurve ja noch von unserem Toscana-Urlaub gewohnt! ;-) Die Anlage an sich ist schön anzusehen und besteht aus einstöckigen Appartementwohnungen (EG 1.OG), die Appartements sind geräumig, funktionell eingerichtet und sauber. Positiv aufgefallen sind uns die riesigen Balkone bzw Terrassen, auf denen man mit Blick auf die Anlage wunderbar entspannen kann. Die Außenanlagen sind gepflegt und schön anzusehen, Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor den Appartements. Ein großer Pool mit Kinderbecken sowie ein Spielplatz rundet das Angebot ab - einziger Wermutstropfen ist die Tatsache, daß der Pool nur Sonnenbeheizt ist und zu unserer Reisezeit schon leider ziemlich kalt war! Essenstechnisch ist ein Frühstücksbuffet geboten (11 €/Person, Kinder die Hälfte) sowie ein a-la-carte-Restaurant. Wir haben das Angebot einmal genutzt und waren eigentlich zufrieden, wobei wir 11 Euro für ein Frühstück schon als fast zu teuer ansehen. Die Speisen und Getränke sind auf regional üblichem Preisniveau, die Karte bietet sowohl typisch italienisches als auch mehrere Kindermenüs.

Perfekt für die ganze Familie
Wir sind zu fünft (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) in diese Appartementanlage gefahren und waren begeistert. Sie liegt absolut ruhig mit wenig Verkehr, mit Kindern daher perfekt. Die Anlage selbst ist für Kinder ideal. Spielplatz, Swimmingpool, alles top. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Preise sind absolut ok. Die Anlage liegt etwa 15 Autominuten von Limone weg, dem nächstgrößeren Ort. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder dort hin fahren.

Schön mit Eintrübungen
Meine Frau und ich buchten spontan einen einwöchigen Urlaub am Gardasee in der Residence La Pertica. Wir fanden abseits des Sees eine Anlage vor, die sehr sauber und gepflegt war und die sich eignet für Urlauber, die abseits vom Trubel mit kleinen Kindern oder haupsächlich mit wandern oder mountainbiken ihren Urlaub verbringen wollen. Unser Zimmer lag direkt über dem Speisesaal, dementsprechend war die Lärmbelästigung von morgens bis in die Abendstunden. Zusatzkosten: Endreinigung 25 EUR (bei Buchung nicht aufgeführt, geht gar nicht!). Benutzung der hoteleigenen Tennisplätze ca. 10 EUR/Std (empfanden wir als dreist). Das angebotene Frühstück für 10 EUR pro Person war uns angesichts des Gebotenen zu teuer, der Frühstücksraum hat den Flair einer sauberen, ordentlichen Firmenkantine und das probierte Abendessen (Grillteller und Pizzen) war auf dem Niveau eines Schnellrestaurants. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren bis auf den etwas muffeligen Seniorchefs (wir nehmen an, daß er es war) ausnehmend freundlich und zuvorkommend.

durchweg sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel
Das Hotel ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern: großer Garten mit Spielplatz,Volleyballfeld, Grillmöglichkeiten , großer, sauberer Pool mit abgeteiltem Bereich für Kinder, genügend Liegen und Sonenschirme u.v.m.Trotzdem ist es erstaunlich ruhig. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, das Essen und die Weinempfehlungen sehr gut. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war auch gut.Schöne 'umgebung zum Wandern und Biken.

Et flott feriested for to voksne og to barn (1 og 3år). God valuta for pengene! Svært barnevennlig. Trafikkfritt og flott uteområde. Romslige leiligheter, godt utstyrt! Flott nærområde for de som liker turer og sykling! 10min kjøring til Limone sul Garda på fin vei. Butikk og internettkafe i gangavstand. Vi kommer tilbake!

Für Familien wie geschaffen
Da sich da Hotel etwas ablegenen vom Gardasee befindet, ist es für Strand-Urlauber nicht geschaffen. Aber für Familien die einen schönen Urlaub verbringen möchten, ist es wie geschaffen dafür. schöner Pool, schöne Umgebung, schönes Angebot (Mountain-Bike Touren, Tennis etc.) an Sportmöglichkeiten. Das Personal war stets freundlich! Alles in allem war ich mit dem Hotel zufrieden!
