CA DEL SENIOR is an elegant flat located in the quiet hamlet of Mezzegra, within the municipality of Tremezzina, one of the most renowned areas of Lake Como.  
  
Features: bright living room, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, terrace with lake view, shared swimming pool.  
  
The flat can accommodate 4 people and has WiFi, air conditioning and two outdoor private parking spaces.**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**CA DEL SENIOR is a modern and well-furnished flat, located in a quiet and panoramic residential context. The large air-conditioned living area opens onto a private terrace with a wonderful view of Lake Como, ideal for dining outside or for relaxing moments.  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, gas hob, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle.  
  
The sleeping area consists of two tastefully furnished double bedrooms. Two complete bathrooms with shower complete the property.  
  
A shared lake-view swimming pool (not heated) with seasonal opening from 1 June to 30 September, perfect for cooling off during summer days.  
  
The flat can accommodate up to 4 people, is equipped with Wi-Fi connection throughout the house, air conditioning in the living area and 2 private parking spaces.**ACCESSIBILITY & PARKING**CA DEL SENIOR is easily accessible by car and has two outdoor private parking spaces.  
  
The flat is located on the second floor of the building.**MEZZEGRA & SURROUNDINGS**  
  
CA DEL SENIOR is located in Mezzegra, a quiet and panoramic hamlet of Tremezzina, in the heart of the western shore of Lake Como. The area is perfect for those seeking a relaxing holiday immersed in nature, without renouncing proximity to the lake\\'s main tourist attractions, such as the famous Villa Carlotta and the village of Lenno with its romantic Villa del Balbianello.  
  
Tremezzina is also a strategic point for excursions along the Lake Como Greenway and for visiting the charming lakeside villages. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, grocery stores and all essential services.  
  
It is 30 km from Como and 25 km from Cernobbio, where there is the motorway entrance to Milan and Lugano.  
  
There is a grocery shop 350 metres from the flat, but the nearest super market is called Sigma, in the village of Lenno, 2.5 km away.**GETTING AROUND**Please note that the taxi service on Lake Como is not always reliable or readily available. We therefore advise against relying on it once you have reached your destination. We suggest considering alternative options such as public transport (buses and boats), hiring a car or using pre-booked private drivers.  
  
A bus stop is 350 metres from the flat, while for the boat stop you will have to reach the village of Lenno, 1.5 km away. Easy access to the airports, Milan and Lugano, all of which are about an hour\\'s drive away.

All guests are required to pay a tourist tax of €3.00 per night, per person.  
  
It is forbidden not to separate waste as instructed, otherwise a penalty of € 60,00 will be charged.  
  
According to Italian law, before check-in, each guest\\'s personal identity document will be requested. To speed up the check-in process, we kindly ask all guests to fill in the online form that will be sent 7 days before check-in.
