The holiday home was extensively renovated and completely refurbished by May 2017, and renovated in the winter of 2021/22\. The house has been awarded the highest rating of 5 stars by the German Tourism Association. Each of the three bedrooms on the first floor has its own new bathroom with a window, a box-spring bed, and a 40" flat-screen TV.
