Le Clos des Hortensias - Belon is a beautiful, cozy terraced house in Névez, France. It features a well-kept garden of 500 m2 and a courtyard. The property offers amenities such as a yard, Internet WiFi, parking, and the option for an installment plan. You will have access to a washing machine and a tumble dryer (for shared use).  
  
Outdoors  
The property is surrounded by a shared park of 10,000 m2 with plants and trees, providing a beautiful garden to relax. Outdoor activities include a hot tub and a table tennis area.

The house is located in the Kevraou district, 6 km from the center of Trégunc, 2.4 km from the center of Névez, 12 km from the center of Concarneau, 3 km from the sea, and 3 km from the Plage de Kersidan sandy beach. Nearby amenities include a shop (3 km), a supermarket (2.7 km), a restaurant (3 km), and a bakery (3 km). Please note that the owner lives on the same property.

The property is conveniently located near several attractions, such as the Pointe de Trévignon (5 km), Chaumières de Kerascoet (6 km), Port Manec'h (8 km), and Pont Aven (8 km). Other nearby attractions include Quimper (40 km) and Locronan (55 km). For outdoor enthusiasts, there is a golf course (18 holes) within 20 km, a surf school 10 km away, and a sailing school 10 km away, making it an ideal holiday rental for those seeking adventure and relaxation.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 3-room semi-detached house with 70 square meters of space, spread across two levels. The modern and tastefully furnished living/dining room features an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only), a dining table, satellite TV with international channels, a radio, and a CD player. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor. Upstairs, you'll find one room with sloping ceilings, furnished with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), and another room with sloping ceilings housing two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). A shower/WC is located on the upper floor as well.  
  
Amenities Included  
During your vacation, you can enjoy the convenience of a washing machine, barbecue (portable), dishwasher, satellite TV, heating, microwave, and television. The maximum capacity of the property is four guests, with two bedrooms and one bathroom available.  
  
Other Information  
The property features electric heating, a terrace with outdoor furniture, deck chairs (2), and a box-room. Families with young children can make use of the provided children's high chair and baby cot suitable for up to 2-year-olds. Internet access is available via free WiFi throughout the property. Please note that this is a non-smoking house, and a smoke alarm is installed for your safety.
