You will find a bright, very modern, and tastefully furnished 3-room apartment that spans 75 square meters on the 3rd floor. It features an entrance hall, a living/dining room with a dining table and satellite TV (flat screen) that provides access to a loggia. Additionally, there is a double bedroom with a separate WC and satellite TV (flat screen), also granting access to the loggia. Another room includes a bed, a separate WC, satellite TV (flat screen), a hi-fi system, and a DVD player. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine with Nespresso capsules available separately.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment offers a separate WC, a bath/shower/WC with a double hand basin, and parquet floors throughout. You can enjoy the outdoor space with a large 10-square-meter balcony featuring balcony furniture and a box room. The apartment provides a very beautiful panoramic view of the lake and the mountains. Additional amenities include a washing machine, dryer, safe, iron, mosquito net, and a hair dryer. Internet access is available through WiFi and is complimentary.
