Oro-Medonte Vacation Packages

Service was excellent. All of the employees that we encountered were very helpful and attentive. However, I wasn’t impressed with the location, the whole system for valet parking was really odd where you had to wait in the restaurant to get the car. I understand Toronto is a big city with traffic issues but we have never stayed at another Toronto hotel like that. The room was small and the hotel overall just looked like a remodeled holiday inn. Nothing luxurious or special like the ritz or Shangri la although it was just as expensive. I really had higher hopes for this place.

This was the best hotel. I've stayed at several other Hyatt properties and this staff was the most accommodating, the most helpful, and the most eager. Truly, the greatest experience during my time at Hyatt Park.

Very clean rooms in good condition. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Area is very noisy - we heard loud music from nearby restaurant / club until early hours of morning. However the worst part was on our first night, drunk guest collapsed outside our room and cut head open. Had to ring down to Reception. Staff had seen guest walking through with bottle of whiskey in hand and still let him come upstairs. Had to ask for money back as nothing was offered and they did not seem bothered by the incident at all.

The space was close and walkable to everything we wanted to see along the waterfront. The bed was comfortable. Too bad it was March as I would have liked to have a swim in the pool.

Very convenient and affordable property. Check-in, deposit process was a little bit complicated. Otherwise great stay.
