We felt extremely safe in the neighborhood. On mornings our kids were early risers before all the adults they would sit in the back porch to talk and watch the sunrise. It was precious. Traveled with two teenage daughters for a relaxing spring break. This property did not disappoint. Plenty of space for them and each had their own bedroom. The condo has everything you need, the recommendation to stop at the grocery store near the airport by the owner was a great tip. We got everything we needed for the week. The stores near the condo are much more expensive so I would stock up. We did two excursions one fishing charter and one guided tour with a boat. Recommend both as there is not a lot to do on the island, getting to see the other islands was a lot of fun. I especially recommend going to see the stingrays and the turtles. Dinners at the resort were themed nightly and were very good. The beach was clean and not over crowded. We did rent a golf cart which I recommend doing if you want to go eat at the other two restaurants down the street. Sunset pizza was really good. I hope to return again and I will definitely be staying at this condo! Great views and very nice furnishing’s. We used the kayaks to go to the little peninsula across from home and also swam over to it. Green Turtles at dock to greet us in the morning. Had a boat and captain pick us up at the dock for a tour that included snorkeling at a reef, feeding sea turtles and sting rays. Great commication with house manager who was always available to pick us up in his taxi for rides to and from airport and to ferry to take us to Green Turtle Cay for the day. Also hired a private chef to make some dinners and breakfasts that were all amazing! Kids favorite vacation!"
