The Box originally home to the Traverse City Cigar Box Company, built in 1920, the building has been carefully renovated over the years, maintaining its historic charm and character while offering all the modern comforts of today! This stand-alone condo, \`Vitalia\` sits in the shared courtyard, giving you a peaceful, private retreat with full access to the gym and courtyard amenities. Please keep in mind there is a flight of 18 interior steps up to the condo, once in the condo all rooms are on the same level. Please note: the building across the street is undergoing renovations, so you may see construction vehicles during your stay. To reserve, text the building manager (contact info provided after booking). The sauna operates remotely and must be scheduled in advance. Rates: • 30 minutes – $30 • 45 minutes – $45 Available daily from 8 AM to 9 PM. Payment is required prior to use. Maximum capacity: 4 guests. Please bring your own towel. Limited access to changing rooms and showers in the lower level of the main building is available upon request. ☆☆ PARKING ☆☆ 1 designated parking spot is located behind the concrete fence, next to the Vitalia entrance. All early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $100.00 additional fee. Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes. We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing makeup. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel. There was a basket of pet amenities, bowls, and a baby gate to keep them away from the stairs and door. The location was great--short walk to downtown through a cute neighborhood.
