This pet-friendly condo features a well-appointed interior, offering a relaxing and stylish base for your Northern Michigan adventures. Enjoy easy access to local attractions and create unforgettable memories. The Space: The spacious 2,200-square-foot condo offers a comfortable and well-designed layout across two floors. On the first floor, you'll find a welcoming living room, a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing meals, and a dining area for enjoying them. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and an attached full bathroom with a convenient walk-in shower. Upstairs, the second bedroom boasts a queen-size bed and an attached full bathroom with a shower and tub. The third bedroom offers a full-size bed. Additionally, there's a cozy loft area with seating and a TV, along with a sleeper sofa, making it ideal for children. The condo is a side-by-side duplex with separate entrances, and you'll have access to a wide double driveway, providing parking for up to three cars: one in the garage and two in the driveway. \*\*Please note that all guests must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.\*\* \*\*Pets are welcome with a fee, and a weight limit of 20 lbs applies for up to two dogs.\*\* The Neighborhood: Quiet residential neighborhood off a main road that hugs the west arm of Grand Traverse Bay. Close to restaurants, the beach, and the TART trail. Across the street from the Marina parking lot with available paid parking suitable for large trailers and boats. Other Things to Note: Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation. Pack N' Play available upon request for an additional fee. A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $79 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $1000\. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount. License No. 2024-71 (as per township ordinance.) There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations. If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay. Dogs are allowed with an additional fee, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please be advised that it is absolutely imperative for all renters to keep their dogs on a leash at all times. While we truly appreciate and value pets, ensuring that our furry friends are leashed or properly secured is of utmost importance to us. Please take your pup with you or kennel them when you leave the home. We cannot have lonely barking dogs left at our property. Plenty of space for our family of 5\. Easy to get to TC, Suttons Bay, Sleeping Bear Dunes and all so many more. Kids loved walking the 1 minute down the street to get ice cream every night. There’s a few restaurants that we were able to walk to from the house. The property management company was very good- lots of communications, instructions were easy to understand, house was stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend this place to others traveling to the area. Séjour de 7 nuits en juillet 2023 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Kenneth A. 12 juill. 2023 Points forts : Propreté #### Fantastic Traverse City Area Gem This condo is located just north of the downtown area making it a perfect stay for those who would like to be close to everything but in a more serene environment. It is a 5-minute walk to the park and water across the street - just cut through the back entrance to the Subway that is across the street from the driveway. If you'd like to walk or bike to downtown, that is simple as you can pick up the TART trail about an 1/8 of a mile up the street and then be on protected trails the entire way downtown which is a 15-minute ride at most. If you want to take the kids for ice cream, there is a great shop right on your corner that is a 2-3 minute walk and better than the stuff you'll pay 2-3x more for downtown. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids. There was a highchair and baby gate provided in the closets which came in handy for our 1 year old. We will absolutely be coming back again to this spot and would highly recommend it both for the accommodations and the location. ##### Kenneth A. Exactly what you see in the pictures. Nice layout, clean, toddler friendly. Close to downtown and can walk to a couple restaurants around the area. The communication with the owner was great. This condo was excellent for our family of 4 with two older teen daughters & 2 very small breed dogs! It was so clean, comfortable, & nicely decorated. Perfect location close to downtown Traverse City, 15 min. from Suttons Bay, & super close to the main roads to get everywhere. A great bonus was the Tom's Grocery market & Rite Aid pharmacy so close by for necessities. You can walk just down across the street to a little beach park also. Beds were very comfortable. In person was just like advertised pictures. Communication with the host Katy was excellent. I highly recommend!! ##### Kristin S. The host was super helpful and even offered recommendations for stuff to do during our stay. They were also very accommodating and understanding when we had to make some adjustments to our stay.
