Great, mixed-use location:1 block to Boardman Lake Trail (access at Center St), 1 mile to the Bay & downtown. < 1 mile to Brick Wheels bike & X-country ski rental. We like being able to walk or bike into town on the non-motorized pathway along Boardman River. As of June, 2025, a second home has been constructed at back of property, \~40 feet behind Tiny House.
