Both cottages have their own private areas, also separated by an 8ft. privacy fence between them. You will each have two private parking spots. On the South, it shares a small amount of yard along the creek with Leland's Cottage, both have their own private yards as well. Please be conscious & respectful of other guests & pets when outdoors. \- With the great central location by the beach, we are located on a main road. While we're separated by a tall 8ft. privacy fence & trees, at times there will be some traffic noise on the property, more during the busier summer months. Our property offers the only place in Traverse City that you will find nature in the city. Interaction with Guests: I’ll always be available via your booking app messenger and happy to help! In the case of an emergency, I’ll be available by phone.
