This RV has water, electricity, Heat/AC, a refrigerator, stove top and cooking stove, toilet, shower and other basic necessities. The camper is locates down our rail about 300 ft from the main house and 100-200ft from other campers on the property. There is a shared outdoor hot tub that is available for use. We do have a fire pit just outside the camper. There is a nice trail through the woods. PLEASE NOTE - This is an older camper in the woods. We try to keep it clean and cozy, but don't expect a plush hotel at a camper price. Most people who understand this leave us great feedback, but those who expect a great hotel room at a camper price are sometimes disappointed. There is another rental camper within 25 yards but did not present an issue. Technically you could sleep 6 but anything more than 2 adults and 2 small children would be an issue with room in the camper. I was very disappointed when the 1st message I received from owner stated there was a fire pit but firewood was 5.00 for 5-6 pieces. It's in the middle of a beautiful wooded lot. The other campers are positioned perfectly, which gives plenty of privacy. The water was hot. We used the stove top and it worked well and was easy. The bathroom is small, so if you are a bigger person perhaps it may be tight, although we had no problems and it was perfect for us. We were able to take a nice stroll on the property also.
