In the suite the jet tub did not work. Maintenance was done poorly. Internet wouldnt work and front service desk lady was very rude and blamed it on me. Will not come here again.

They staff is nice. My room was clean. But there was people outside all night long every night yelling and parting. Was hard when I work so early and got horrible sleep cause of the outside noise.

One of the best Quality Inns ive stayed at! Staff was awesome. Room very clean and enjoyable to hang out in between events we attended. Bed very comfortable!
Room was next to stairs and fire door so some noise at late night and early morning was a negative factor. But was it better to be away from noise or next to an exit? We were comfortable with the latter.
We'll be back.

The room was clean as well as the pool/hot tub area. Front desk was very nice and efficient. The breakfast was a nice surprise. The room itself had some problems. Their were signs of updates but i think the people doing it need new glasses. Large areas in bathroom and mirror area had sections missing paint. The tub itself was missing the finish- it looked like in the center of it stick on type things were removed and it is literally peeling away- pieces flaking off as you shower even. It was very spongy feeling. The mattress felt like springs were sticking out. The only comfortable spot was on the edge. I don’t usually leave reviews this negative but it needs some work.

Careless attitude with the manager. Toilet was loose at the base. Bathtub had a constant drip. Room heater didn’t work. Noisy staff in the hall early Sunday morning. Lock on door was broken. Had to change rooms.

I enjoyed my night's stay, the bed was super comfy and I liked the idea of the swimming area opens so early and closes later at night. I didn't enjoy that feature but I would stay again because of it. Loved the variety presented at the complementary breakfast. Staff was friendly. Close to the beach area. Would stay again

Pictures of the room was not the same room. Beds were very uncomfortable woke up felt like i slept on springs. For the price I paid for this room it wasnt worth it.The room and bathroom was very dated. Bathroom very small no room to move around. I was very disappointed

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at and I it cost $100 per night. Bad value that's for sure. Given a choice I cannot imagine anyone staying there. Makes me want to cancel my Minocqua hotel next week.
