Welcome to Primrose Studio, a comfortable and stylish ground floor retreat in the heart of Traverse City. This bright and thoughtfully designed space offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway, with easy access to wineries, breweries, shopping, dining, and the waterfront. This studio can be reserved together with the townhouse upstairs to host a total of 10 people! We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and \`retired\` towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage. Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 9pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting. ☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ The open studio layout includes a queen bed, a comfortable sofa, and a cozy living area. Families will appreciate the Pack ‘n Play, toys, and children’s games. Pet amenities are also provided! ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ The full bathroom features a large walk in shower, oversized vanity, and quality fixtures. A full sized washer and dryer are located in the studio, and laundry supplies are included for guest use. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM ☆☆ The open kitchen and living area provide a welcoming space to cook, relax, and gather. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, microwave, deep sink, granite counters, and wraparound counter seating. It is fully stocked with a blender, toaster, and a dedicated coffee station. Children’s bowls, cups, utensils, and a high chair are provided. Unwind in the living area on the comfortable sofa, enjoy the flatscreen TV, or browse the selection of books and toys. Keep in mind that this is the ground floor of the building. There are other units above and next to this unit. Please be mindful of our neighbors by observing quite time after 9pm. Please be aware you may also hear noise from the neighboring units. \*\*\*We manage other properties in the area. Please inquiry with us if you are coming with a lager group\*\*\* \- Check-in/out: Please note during our peak season (June-September) we discourage late check-outs and early check-ins due to the tight turn-around schedules of our cleaning teams. We are happy to allow for an early check-in or late check-out if our cleaning team is able to accommodate the request and still allow the rental to be cleaned to our quality standards and specifications. All early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $250.00 additional fee for this expedited service. We are able to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs during our off season (October-May) for a reduced fee of $50.00, please contact us for further information. \- Longer stays: Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee. \- Security deposit: Please note that 3 days before check in time, we will place a temporary pre-authorization hold of $250 on your card. Please clean up after your fur friends and use the provided retired towels to clean your dogs. Please do not let your dogs venture into the neighbor’s yards during their walks. Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes. We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing makeup. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel. Grocery store, bakery, ice cream stand, and beach within close walking distance. Apartment was clean and beautiful. Bed and sofa comfortable. Washer and dryer so convenient. The property manager was attentive. The only thing I would change is to move the check in time up an hour and the check out time back an hour.
