It has wonderful beach views from the living area as well as the master bedroom (which is on the 2nd story of this unit!) - both areas have private patios with easy access to our private beach. Very comfortable for our stay and we had everything we needed. We ate out and cooked at home - had all the utensils we needed. We were so comfortable staying there! We traveled over to the western coast to visit sleeping bear dunes and glen arbor and even drove all the way up to north port. Reviewer Comments: This was our 8th stay at Northshore. Obviously we like this property. Many things about the property work well for our family. They’ve made some nice updates. However, like any rental it’s not perfect. This year there were a few things that were annoyances. The unit wasn’t as clean when we arrived as it’s been in the past. Also, one of the bathroom sinks drained VERY slowly and although I was told someone would come and work on it no one ever came. We got it to work better ourselves but we don’t come to Northshore to clean or fix drains. The price of the rental has increased a lot since we’ve been coming and I because of the cost of rent we expect to get better service than I thought we did. I think they may have been short staffed and while I understand that they may need to hire more staff and/or pay them a better wage to keep good employees. We most likely will go back to Northshore next year with the hopes of it being more like it’s been in the past.
