Bright beautiful and clean. Everything you need for a wonderful stay. The location can’t be beat. In walking distance or a short drive to all shopping and restaurants. The bay is a short walk away. It was an easy drive to the camp and convenient location in Traverse City. A quick walk to the water and reasonable walk to dowtown TC. Everything was brand new and fully decked out kitchen/ bath/ laundry would have made a longer stay pleasant. Parking right underneath the building. Every counter space, refrigerator, cupboards, bathroom, side tables. The whole place smelled like fish/dirty wash rag. Food splattered on the cupboards. Hair in the bed on all of the sheets. Pull out couch was never cleaned bc we opened it up and it was full of crumbs and receipts. Under living floor was straw wrappers. We spent our 1st hour there cleaning it, which we had to go to the store to get the cleaning products. Tv didn’t work. Literally, the list goes on. I DO NOT recommend staying here especially bc you have to pay for a cleaning fee and the place isn’t even clean! Location is terrible (which we had an idea before we went) and we totally would’ve stayed somewhere closer to town/beach. This was a horrible place to stay for our 10 year anniversary trip. Disappointed but it’s a learning lesson and I hope everyone takes this post into consideration for booking here. Also, I reached out to Riley about all of this and I have not heard back from her in almost a week. Not good communication at all. ##### Olivia F.
