Massive-lofted ceilings, designer furnishings and a private street-side patio with view of park and river across the street make every stay extraordinary. Enjoy this one-of-a-kind architect’s and artist’s personally designed paradise. This stunning escape is furnished with all three bedrooms featuring top-of-the line mattresses and bedding. The wonderfully open kitchen and bar area are well-equipped with quality appliances, wine glasses and dish ware. The dining room comfortably seats 6 - 8 and is made for entertaining. This premium location overlooks the park adjacent to the Boardman River, is two blocks from dozens of the city’s eclectic eateries and the main shopping district and a short four block walk to the beach. During the summer months beach chairs, a beach blanket, a folding beach wagon and other summer essentials are stocked for your use so you can have easy enjoyment of our sandy beaches and lush parks. The bathrooms are spa-like with their openness, elegant fixtures, designer tile and customizable high-pressure shower heads. Bedroom 1: Queen bed with, en suite walk-in closet and bathroom and views outside to private patio Bedroom 2: Double bed with street-side views overlooking park Bedroom 3: Double bed with street-side views overlooking park The kitchen is fully stocked with a Cuisinart drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker and complimentary Higher Grounds coffee (local) to get you started, kitchen linens, drink ware, kitchenware and more! We were pleasantly surprised by how well appointed the condo itself was. It is obviously well decorated but the owner also considered all of our travel needs. It was in a great location right on the main road but the downside to this is that during the early morning when people are commuting to work etc it was loud.
