Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting. ☆☆ BEDROOM☆☆ This comfortable unit features one bedroom with a queen-size bed, soft linens, and ample closet space. For additional guests, the living room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa and a twin rollaway bed, allowing up to 5 guests total. A Pack N Play, toys, and children\`s games are also available for traveling families. ☆☆ BATHROOM ☆☆ Enjoy the spacious full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and plenty of space for everyone to get ready. Pets: This property currently does not allow pets Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes. We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing makeup. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel.
