Two of the rooms have king-sized beds and the third bedroom is furnished with queen-sized bed. Fourth bedroom is in the basement with a Queen bed and pull out sofa bed. Each bedroom has its own unique style, but they all feature earthy color tones, soft carpeting, high-end linens, and handcrafted furniture. These bedrooms have locally inspired accents, flat-screen TVs, and spacious closets that make it easy to unpack your things and feel at home. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ The main bathroom has a tub/shower combo, open shelving, and a spacious mirrored vanity with plenty of storage. A half bath is located off of the kitchen and easily accessible from all of the bedrooms. The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and a starter pack of basic toiletries for your convenience. You may need to replenish these during your stay, depending on how long you're here! Another bathroom is available guest use in the basement area. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆ The full kitchen is an open space with modern cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and an elevated breakfast bar. The drawers and cabinets are stocked with kitchen essentials, and the full-size fridge provides plenty of space to store all of your groceries. Small kitchen appliances like a toaster, blender, gourmet knife set, coffee maker, and spice rack all have a place on the expansive counters. We supply you with a few single-use coffee packs, creamer, and sugar to get you started. You'll also find some basics like salt, pepper and spices for your use. The dining table is tucked right off the kitchen next to large glass doors that let in plenty of natural light and overlook the yard. The living room features warm color tones, new carpet and modern furniture. Find your favorite spot on the sectional sofa and watch your favorite sports or movies on the flat-screen Smart TV. The living room is surrounded by windows that allow for plenty of natural light, and electric light fixtures and locally inspired artwork complete the space. Want more room to spread out? Downstairs there is a secondary lounge space. Here you can play pool, bring out board games, or watch TV. There is a long front driveway with plenty of parking space. The sprawling backyard is the perfect place for a family football game or backyard picnic. Please note that the yard is not fenced, so please keep an eye on your pets when they are outside. he lower-level porch features a private hot tub l - perfect for relaxing sore muscles or simply enjoying the peace and quiet of the surroundings. Our hot tub is cleaned in between all guest visits. Also, take advantage of the gas BBQ grill for some delicious meals. After exploring the area, return home to cook s'mores by the fire pit ! We rented this property for three nights over 4th of July weekend. When we booked it awhile back, we were unaware that this house did not have air conditioning, as it did not state either way in the description. We automatically assumed such a pricey rental would have the basic necessity of AC, esp during the hot summer months of July. (We noticed that it was mentioned in the info I was sent the day prior to arrival, when it was too late to cancel). Had we known there was no AC, we definitely would not have booked this place. The temperatures rose to 84-88 degrees inside the house. They did have a fan for most of the rooms, but that was very insufficient for the heat. We also had a pet with us, and were concerned for overheating (the pet was approved to be there). We were all super uncomfortable and this absolutely had a negative effect on our vacation. We were told by the owner that no AC is common in this area, but a quick glance at listings showed otherwise. Really enjoyed the Kayaks and private lake views. Adirondack chairs at the lake area and near home fire pit were so relaxing! We used our fishing pole’s but not much luck with the fish. Pool table and Hot tub were great added amenities. We were able to drive to West End Beach and Cherry Festival very easily and fast. ##### James G.
