Clean, brand new, luxurious condo located in the heart of Traverse City, perfect location for staying downtown! You will be within close walking distance to amazing shopping, restaurants, bars, beaches, and theaters. The condo itself is newly built, fully furnished, fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials to enjoy a morning coffee and breakfast, to a complete dinner. We are located on the corner of 8th Street and Cass, walking distance to most of Traverse City's best dining and happy hours! Park your car at the condo and walk to all of the popular spots in Traverse City. The condo is a 5 min walk to downtown Front Street with all the shopping and restaurants. There is a parking lot behind the condo with free parking, or there is a parking structure located next door to the condo for covered, secure parking; however, owners are no longer allowed to get parking passes for short term rentals, so there will be a charge. Every season has something to offer in Traverse City! You can’t beat the restaurants and shops downtown or the beaches, golf courses and trails for the outdoorsy type. This unit is located on the third and top floor, which allows for peace and quiet with no units above you. (There is no elevator, so you will have to be able to manage the stairs.).
