We decided that it was a great location to for a winter stay due to great pricing. We drove to Boyne for a day and it an easy commute to neighboring areas you want to visit. It was a short walk to downtown and there were a couple restaurants a very short walk away for a great meal (Firefly) or an outside drink (Parlour). Everything was newer and very clean. The bed was a very comfortable king. The only negative was we didn't find the couch comfortable at all, unless you were sitting right in the middle.
