Located within 45-60 min of all the places you want to visit. Very clean! Outdoor fire pit was nice to use on cool nights. We used the outdoor picnic/patio each morning for coffee/breakfast & planning the day. The only mildly negative thing to say would be there are not sufficient window coverings for privacy & to help keep early morning light out for those (kids especially) wanting to sleep in a bit. The house was clean with a well equipped kitchen ( only thing missing was a cookie sheet and pot holders) It was great to have washer/dryer in the house and the host provided several bikes to ride the near by trails.
