For your peace of mind, we take our cleaning seriously. Nice front lawn for the kids to play or to spend relaxing evenings with a glass of wine. Central location within a few blocks walking or biking distance to West Bay beaches, Downtown Traverse City, TART Trail, the dog park, and the Historic State Hospital grounds. Conveniently located near West Side Beverage, known for their vast selection, Slab Town Burgers, and a brew pub opening across the street in the summer of 2022\. The two story house features a great kitchen, stocked with any tools you may need, including a gas grill on the deck. The three bedrooms all have wall-mounted flat screen TVs with comfortable beds (queen, queen, bunk bed with a full below, twin on top plus a pull-out twin trundle). The living room couch is a super comfy sectional. There is a beautiful full bath with a double vanity, rainfall shower, soaking tub, plus a half-bath upstairs. Other amenities include cable, WiFi, full-size washer and dryer, central air conditioning, a full-basement with a work-out area, and private parking. Great for families! Great food, great shopping, and fun entertainment. We do have a three night minimum stay, except in our high-demand month of July which requires a six night minimum stay. We do welcome one dog with an additional fee of $25 per night. You must check the pet box when booking. We are on-sight owners and if you bring a dog without checking the box, the price doubles. We understand the desire to have all of your family members with you on vacation, but there is additional wear and tear, extra cleaning, and yard maintenance required. Please know that we have added two additional rental properties right next door that can be found at VRBO 2204221 and 3954989\. These beautiful condos are each 1300 square feet with spacious two-bedroom, two-bath open concept floor plans. May 20, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Charming and convenient The house is an artful blend of modern bath and kitchen while preserving the wonderful features of a Victorian house. It felt very comfortable. Both my husband and I and our daughter’s family live in homes from the late 1800s so we appreciate what a great renovation this house is. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. There were plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable. It’s within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Absolutely no complaints. Big kitchen, big dining table, cozy living room where we hung out during a snow storm. The hosts were great! Close to Slab Town Burgers which has easy and quick good food to go and became a go-to. Lots of walkability down to Front Street to TC and through the pretty neighborhoods. Close to coffee shops, wine, fantastic restaurants and shopping. Appreciated the easy and ample parking for our three SUVs. We loved this cute and restored home and are looking forward in returning! ##### Elizabeth P. The tile/stone entryways were impressive. They did a wonderful job of modernizing and yet keeping the authentic appearance. There are several inviting outdoor areas to enjoy. The location is perfect for walking or biking. They provided all the amenities needed. Would definitely recommend it and hope to return soon. ##### Laney T.
