Enjoy sweeping bay and beach views from the private patio. The open, light-filled layout creates a cozy ambiance, perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. With 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 850 sq ft, a fully equipped kitchen, and in-unit laundry, it offers comfort and convenience for a relaxing retreat. The Space: The bedroom boasts a plush king-sized bed, a separate shower, and the convenience of in-unit laundry. The living room creates a warm and inviting space with a gas fireplace, a large-screen TV for streaming your favorite shows, and a pull-out sofa that accommodates up to two additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials for preparing meals, while the private deck showcases breathtaking water views, perfect for unwinding. \*\*\* So you know - The Beachside Condos are located on a busy road. Earplugs and sound machines are provided.\*\*\* When you're ready to enjoy the outdoors, grab the provided beach towels and head to the 300-foot private sandy beach, complete with lounge chairs. Alternatively, take a dip in the newly renovated heated swimming pool or relax in the hot tub, both available from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
