Your private patio provides a front seat view of the bay and sandy beach below. Natural light fills the open concept floor plan. Savor your morning coffee or evening wine from the private deck, while watching the waves on East Bay. One bedroom, one bathroom, 850 square feet, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Convenience + style = enjoyable relaxation! The Space: The bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen Smart TV with streaming service. Large bathroom with nice big tub. \*\*Please note the tub is a 2 person tub, and will not fill for single person use since the hot water heater is too small to fill it completely. The living room has a large flat screen Smart TV with streaming service, the sofa in the living room pulls out creating additional sleeping space for two more people, and the large pullout chair converts to a twin bed, so there are accommodations for 3 more guests in addition to the King Bed. When you are ready to head outside, grab the beach towels provided and enjoy the 300-foot private sandy beach with lounge chairs, or the newly-finished heated swimming pool and hot tub (available Memorial Day to Labor Day). \*\*\* So you know - The Beachside Condos are located on a busy road. The Neighborhood: Want to get out on that gorgeous turquoise water? Public water access and boat launch with watersports rental right next door! Rather pedal? Rent bicycles across the street and ride the paved TART trail into downtown, which is also just a short drive down the road by car. You'll find all kinds of dining options, shopping and entertainment. Nearby are wineries, breweries, distilleries. Hiking trails galore, beachcombing and stargazing are all a part of the Upnorth experience, and all are close at hand. Other Things to Note: Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation. A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500\. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount. High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional charge. There is one parking space allowed per condo. The location is fabulous, the host's are communicative and the condo is the perfect size. It you want to cook it has all the pots, pans, silverware, spices, etc you need. The coffee pot has both standard drip and pods with coffee provided. Then you have the view of the lake and steps to the beach, it lacks nothing! The room has everything you need but even more importantly, all the little details kept adding up to make our experience so much better. Such as a full size coffee maker. which may not seem like a big deal but for my hubby… That was the best part! lol No need to worry if you forgot something because there was Extra spices and misc kitchen gadgets/seasoning, blankets, towels, pillows and so much more. The condo was very well appointed and had a beautiful view of East Bay. Just as described…the TART trail was across the street and boat rental was right next door. The beach is fabulous. Unlike nearby condos which are stacked high and closer together, this building was only 3 stories tall and each deck/balcony provided for private outdoor space. The king bed was extremely comfortable, and we loved the little touches such as a white noise maker on the bedside table, the beach towels, and the k-cups. This condo exceeded our expectations on every account. The location right on the water, with its own beach and pool, offered great relaxation options for each of us. The condo itself was the perfect size for our family of four. It was incredibly clean, very well maintained and offered a kitchen with every accomodation/dish/utensil you could need. My wife and I enjoyed our morning cups of coffees on the balcony overlooking the water each day. In the evening we could drink wine and watch the sunset. Lastly, the proxomity to downtown Traverse city was very convenient. It was about a 8-10 minute drive into town, very easy to get to shopping, dining or entertainment activities.
