In the living room, a queen pull-out sofa bed with a foam memory mattress topper is perfect for accommodating kids or additional guests or relaxing and watching your favorite show. Living room Smart TV equipped with cable TV for live programming.  
  
BATHROOM  
There is one full size newly updated bathroom complete with soaking tub, shower, plush bath linen, towels, hairdryer and first aid kit. Mini Stackable washer and dryer are located in the closet.  
  
KITCHEN & DINING  
Prepare delicious meals for your group in the fully equipped kitchen complete with toaster, blender, coffee machine, coffee and all the basic kitchen essentials you'll need, including pots, pans, plates, cups, and utensils. Gather around the kitchen table (3 seats) or kitchen bar (3 seats) and enjoy your meals together.  
  
OUTSIDE SPACE  
Experience breathtaking views of East Bay from your private balcony, where you can savor the sunrise with a warm cup of coffee or stargaze under a canopy of stars on your cozy, plush furniture, while the soothing sounds of waves crashing onto the shore transport you to paradise. Descend to the sandy beach below, where you can sink your toes into the soft sand and revel in the warm sun. For a refreshing change of scenery, take a few steps to the community pool and hot tub for a revitalizing swim or a relaxing soak.  
  
GUEST ACCESS  
Guests will have private access to the entire condo unit. There is reliable high-speed internet throughout the entire property. Streaming services are available on both flat-screen TVs.  
  
Parking is free in the condo parking lot.  
  
A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The personalized entry code will be provided to you 48-72 hours before your arrival.  
  
Pool and Hot tub are shared with all owners and guests in the building (30 units). These are TYPICALLY open from Memorial Day until Labor Day.

The condo is great…just like in the pictures and description. It was very clean (probably the cleanest property I’ve ever rented), modern and comfortable. One of the best parts was the communication with the owner including the digital rental manual…it’s imperitive to have important information at your fingertips when needed. The location is great…we walked to lunch and dinner…and beachfront (with a pool) was outstanding. Don’t hesitate for even a second on staying here.

Visited while on a mini-moon with my wife. The place was perfect for what we needed. The panoramic views of the lake from inside and on the balcony was amazing, as was the walk out beach accessibility distance to downtown Traverse City.

#### Great stay and wonderful location

Location was perfect for my wife and I. Was just an easy 10min car ride to downtown shops and local restaurants. We also took a relaxing drive up old mission...excellent!! Very clean with a great 3rd floor view and patio overlooking the bay. High ceilings to give even more open feel. Spacious livingroom and kitchen which looked to be well stocked (but I was in charge of food so...;). Comfortable bed and bathroom with large soaking tub. All positive review here, we were very happy. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay
