This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath home offers privacy, comfort, and a prime location just minutes from Boardman Lake, Oryana Natural Foods, Traverse City Whiskey Co., and downtown. The Space: Stylish 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath boutique townhome with no shared living walls and no units above or below, offering privacy and a quiet stay. The open main level features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large island with seating, and a comfortable living area with a gas fireplace, smart TV, and games. Dining is available at both the island and a small table. The primary suite includes a king bed, smart TV, full-length mirror, and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom and guest bath with tub make this home ideal for couples or families. Family-friendly amenities include a high chair, pack-and-play, kid-friendly dishware, hotel-quality linens, brand-new furnishings, and a full-size washer and dryer.
