This house fit the bill perfectly. Easy access to 25 and walking distance to the cool places in TR on the Swamp Rabbit Trail. The house was awesome - very clean, well furnished and extremely well done (feels like a new build). We walked to the main strip of Travelers Rest to eat and have dessert each night we stayed there. It's a very short walk and the whole scene is quite idyllic. The beds were super comfortable and well furnished. Both bedrooms felt like master bedrooms with full baths attached. Nice 1/2 downstairs off the main living area too. We made breakfast in the kitchen each morning and the kitchen is super well laid out, lots of utensils and items needed to make your own food. We have a student at North Greenville University and will for sure being using this property again. Absolutely loved it and can't wait to go back. Thanks Eric! ##### j w. It’s a brand new, very clean, very comfortable home. The kitchen & great room area was a nice way for us and our friends to visit and spend time. It’s located walking distance to the adorable downtown Traveler’s Rest, and an easy drive into Greenville. Just a short drive to many beautiful natural sites in the area, and a short drive from NC as well. Would definitely recommend this home! ##### Steve K. Location is off of a main road but it was pretty quiet. It takes about 15 minutes to get to downtown but it is an easy drive. There are a lot of good coffee shops and restaurants in Travelers Rest. Had one hiccup with the entry code to the house but Eric answered the phone on the first ring and it was easily resolved. ##### John B.
